With more than 24 years of installation experience, Joel is a knowledgeable and skilled Operator and Installer. Beginning in the OSSF industry in 1999, Joel holds an Installer II license through TCEQ and is able to install both Conventional and Aerobic septic systems. 

Chris began working in the OSSF industry in 2010 as a Maintenance Technician, and became licensed through TCEQ as a Maintenance Provider in 2017. Chris is proficient in the repair and service of On-Site Sewage Facility systems.  

Rachel has significant experience in Sales and Operations. She creates operational excellence and owns all Pricing, Sales, and Operations processes of the company. 

Vickey has a solid background in bookkeeping and accounting, and she provides back-end support to the entire team. 

As a recent graduate of Texas Tech University, Mattea is the office administrator for Snappy Septic.
